Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Mattresses must be free from stains or other forms of wear. Items that have been customized to specific customer needs or purchased on clearance are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Conditions

Items must be in perfect condition for a return to be approved. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, BlueBell Mattress Industries LLC reserves the right to reject the return or refund. In cases where the return is due to damage or a defect, the company will arrange for an exchange instead of a refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If there are delays, please contact us to verify the refund status.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange. We will arrange for the defective item to be returned and a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are custom-made, on clearance, or specially ordered are not eligible for return unless they are defective. For non-returnable items, our customer service team is available to help resolve any issues.

Shipping Fees

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of an exchange due to a defective item, BlueBell Mattress Industries LLC will cover the shipping costs.

Special Discounts and Promotions

If the product was purchased using a promotional discount or coupon, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price, not the original full price.
